Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) required or obtained within the first 60 days of employment
0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, ideally in a team-based environment
High empathy and a passion for helping people
Strong problem-solving abilities with an initiative taking attitude and high sense of ownership
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Strong curiosity coupled with a desire for continuous learning
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
