Weeks 9–11: Taleo ATS System Training
Weeks 12–13: Offer Letter Drafting and Onboarding Support
Weeks 14–16: End-to-End Recruiting with Mentor Oversight
Weeks 17–18: Independent Recruiting Assignments
Week 19: DEI & Compliance in Hiring
Week 20: Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
Week 21: Social Media Campaigns and Employer Branding
Week 22: Hiring Event Planning and Coordination
Week 23: Strategic Workforce Planning Overview
Week 24: Performance Assessment
Week 25: Final Evaluations and Career Discussion
Qualification
Required
Active-Duty military member eligible for the DoD SkillBridge Program
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within your military branch
High School Diploma
