Provide overall support functions to the current recruiting team
Candidate sourcing for active job requisitions for Serendipity Recruiting
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in Sourcing/Recruiting, required (phone screening, interview scheduling, etc.)
2+ years of experience in an Administrative or HR setting
Must have some familiarity or experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with candidates, team members and management
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making
Must be a self-starter and able to take directions and work independently with initiative
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn other applications and programs as needed
Maximizing time efficiently
Strong critical thinking skills
Analytical/problem-solving skills
