Facilities Services

Responsibilities

Own the business analysis and requirements mapping for operational and technical functionality of ServiceTitan
Manage relationships with Cobalt team members, Cobalt partner company leaders, and vendors
Be the ServiceTitan configuration subject matter expert, who will own translating business needs and requirements to system functionality, ensure data is mapped to the correct fields, and define user personas
Help onboard all partner companies (existing and newly acquired) to the ServiceTitan platform
Lead post-tech stack implementation support and development
Expert ServiceTitan SME - Own the outcome for ServiceTitan related work and demonstrates themselves as the true subject matter expert at Cobalt
Excellent Project Manager - Own schedules and timelines related to the implementation of required ServiceTitan functional and technological changes
In-House Systems Expert
Supports OpCo CEOs and leadership and provides the best onboarding experience possible
Demonstrates continuous improvement by refining training methodology and effectiveness

Required

7+ years' experience as a Subject matter expert with Service Titan as a Business Analyst
