Responsibilities

Responsible for the assembly, packaging, shipping, and sewing of products according to work orders, drawings and blueprints
Use of electrical and air powered hand tools such as drill presses, saws, riveters, sanders, hammers, handsaws, and routers
Crimp, stake, screw, glue, bolt and rivet parts together
Read, follow and assemble electrical products according to schematics
Complete assembly work as required using production drawings
Assemble Door-parts products, samples, and specials as per customer specifications
Sew units according to work orders, drawings and blueprints, using an industrial sewing machine

Qualification

Blueprint readingUse of hand toolsIndustrial sewing machineComputer proficiencyHigh school diploma

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to read work orders
Ability to use a tape measure
Ability to use a computer
