They are seeking a Bilingual Delfina Doula to act as a virtual health coach, supporting pregnant patients and new moms throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Responsibilities
Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis
Ensure patient’s engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers
Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organization
Qualification
Required
DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA or CAPPA certified
Licensed to practice as a doula and lactation consultant in Maryland is a requirement
Registered in Maryland Medicaid (ePrep) system is a requirement
Strong communication and conversational skills
Experience with Web and mobile technologies
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must have
Preferred
Telehealth experience is a plus
