Responsibilities

Lead the development, validation, and deployment of predictive and statistical models to solve key business problems

Analyze structured and unstructured data using Python, SQL, and relevant ML/AI frameworks

Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B tests), interpret results, and recommend data-driven decisions

Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define analytics goals and influence strategy

Build dashboards or self-service tools to scale insights across the business

Document analytical approaches and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Mentor junior analysts and data scientists, contributing to best practices and code reviews

Qualification

Required

3-5 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or related roles

Advanced Python skills for data analysis, modeling, and ML (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.)

Expert-level SQL for complex data querying and transformation

Proven experience applying statistical modeling and machine learning techniques in production

Experience in working with cloud platforms, such as GCP, Azure, AWS, etc

Experience with analytic tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc

Strong communication and storytelling skills with data
