Creative Marketing Manager
igus Inc. is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager who will serve as the lead designer and creative visionary for the company. This role involves managing a team of graphic designers and content creators, overseeing the development of visual and multimedia content while ensuring alignment with corporate identity and brand standards.

Responsibilities
Serve as the lead designer for igus, Inc., setting the creative direction for all visual and multimedia content
Uphold the igus corporate identity across all marketing materials and platforms
Lead brainstorming sessions and creative reviews to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent output
Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, videographers, and writers
Provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities for all members of the Creative Marketing Team
Coordinate project timelines, workloads, and deliverables to meet marketing goals
Oversee the creation of digital and print assets including brochures, videos, animations, social media graphics, trade show materials, and more
Collaborate with marketing managers, product teams, and external vendors to deliver cohesive campaigns
Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and technical specifications
Actively contribute to the design and production of key marketing materials
Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to develop high-quality visuals and videos
Partner with digital marketing and product marketing teams to align creative strategies with campaign objectives
Support storytelling efforts that highlight product innovation, customer success, and brand values
Integrate the use of AI and the addition of tools into the igus design process, using it to be a more efficient creative and design team
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in graphic design or creative marketing, with 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including design and video editing tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and hands-on design expertise
Experience managing creative teams and overseeing multimedia projects from concept to completion
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
