The role focuses on product design while also allowing for contributions to product strategy and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with business goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs that align with the product vision

Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across the product

Work closely with product management to align design work with business goals and user needs

Contribute to product roadmaps, providing insights from a design perspective

Assist in prioritizing features and defining product requirements that enhance user experience and business impact

Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and engineering, to ensure a cohesive product experience

Act as an advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle

Required

3+ years of experience as a product or UI/UX designer with shipped products in your portfolio

Proven ability to balance design tasks with strategic product management responsibilities

Experience creating designs either mobile-first or desktop-first

Experience with both consumer and business systems

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, or similar

Strong understanding of product strategy and the ability to contribute to roadmap planning

Analytical mindset with experience in user research and data-driven decision-making
