Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively
Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or promote new offerings
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems
Process cash handling transactions accurately and securely
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery
Utilize office software and computerized systems to manage customer accounts and track service requests
Assist in training new staff members as needed, sharing best practices for customer engagement
Demonstrate multilingual communication skills when necessary to cater to diverse customer needs
Qualification
Required
Customer service: 3 years (Required)
CRM software: 3 years (Required)
Financial services: 2 years (Required)
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Must be able to work flexible hours as required by business needs
Preferred
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services effectively
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve diverse clientele
