Community and Content Marketing Manager
VideoGen is a rapidly growing company focused on democratizing video creation through AI. They are seeking a Community & Content Marketing Manager to own their brand voice and engage with their community across various platforms, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities
Own Our Brand Voice: Write and publish content across social media, email campaigns, affiliate updates, and community channels with clarity, warmth, and creativity
Social Media Management: Plan and manage content calendars for Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. Create engaging posts, reply to comments and DMs, and stay on top of trends
Affiliate Support: Collaborate with our affiliate team to engage partners with updates, resources, and creator spotlights
Email Marketing: Use tools like SendGrid to send newsletters, product updates, and promotions. Track performance and continuously improve engagement
Community Building: Engage with users through community discussions, Q&As, creator stories, and feedback loops. Celebrate our users and foster a strong creator-first culture
On-Camera Content: Occasionally host webinars, AMAs, or screen recordings to walk through product features or support community initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, growth, and support teams to elevate user feedback and keep our community excited about what’s next
Qualification
Required
2–5 years in a content marketing, social media, or community management role, ideally in SaaS or creator platforms
You write clearly, quickly, and with personality. You can distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messages
Comfortable with Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Notion, Canva, SendGrid, and similar tools
You think holistically about campaigns, audience journeys, and content strategy
You're comfortable creating casual product walkthroughs or speaking directly to users in recorded content
You're organized, proactive, and can run your own calendar and content pipeline with minimal oversight
U.S. Based
Preferred
Experience running an affiliate, ambassador, or creator spotlight program
Background in SaaS or creator-focused companies
Video editing experience
Experience growing a personal or brand audience
