FAIR FINTECH Inc. is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Business Analyst to support daily Maximo operations and lead enhancement initiatives. This role involves collaborating with field teams and technical stakeholders to optimize Maximo for reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Act as the main support contact for Maximo users
Troubleshoot issues, manage configurations, and maintain workflows
Train field users and document best practices
Analyze and improve Maximo-based processes (Work Orders, PM/CM, Asset Mgmt.)
Gather and translate business needs into requirements and user stories
Support mobile solution integration and workflow modernization

Required

3–7 years as a Business/Functional Analyst with Maximo
Strong knowledge of modules: Work Orders, Asset Mgmt., PM/CM
Experience working with field/operations teams
Familiar with mobile field tools (Maximo Anywhere/ProntoForms is a plus)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Industry experience in oil & gas, utilities, or asset-heavy environments is a plus

Preferred

BIRT, Power BI, or reporting tool experience
Knowledge of Maximo integrations (ERP, SCADA)
Basic Maximo configuration/admin skills
