Responsibilities
Develop a multiyear execution plan, including stakeholder engagement and budget forecasting
Lead, mentor, and coach PMO resources across multiple ERP workstreams
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope and mitigate risks
Oversee successful integration and deployment of the SAP ERP program
Provide portfolio-level reporting and governance
Identify and resolve escalations efficiently
Apply Agile or hybrid methodologies to drive delivery
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in program/project management, with a strong focus on SAP environments
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Strong experience with Agile or hybrid (Waterfall + Agile) methodologies
Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations from start to finish
Proven success in delivering ERP programs on time and within budget
Preferred
PMP certification preferred
Background in acquisition or integration projects is a plus
