Responsibilities
Build meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized service and styling advice
Assist customers in finding the perfect products, ensuring their shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable
Develop a strong understanding of J.Jill’s merchandise to offer expert guidance and recommendations
Help maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory management, and keep the store organized
Work closely with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment
Proactively address customer needs and concerns with a friendly and solution-oriented approach
Qualification
Required
Passion for fashion, styling, and creating a welcoming customer experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, pushing/pulling and maneuvering around store, hang/fold merchandise, ladder climbing, operate POS registers and other company mobile devices, occasionally operate trash compactor (where applicable), occasionally use hand truck, lift and carry up to 42lbs, etc
Preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
