Entry LevelHCA Florida Northwest Hospital is a 289-bed medical center dedicated to high performance and patient care. They are seeking an enthusiastic MRI Technologist PRN to operate MRI scanners and perform imaging procedures to diagnose medical conditions.

Responsibilities
Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
Determine most suitable anatomical posture/position and shield patients accordingly
Collaborate with physicians and other Imaging staff as needed
Practice aseptic/sterile technique for all procedures
Work within the MRI Tech scope of practice according to policy and procedures
Follow all general infection control measures and those specific to the department
Complete required documentation accurately immediately after completing each case
Qualification
Required
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
State Registered Radiologic Technician
High School Graduate / GED
