Wealth Client Service Manager

CAPTRUST is seeking a Wealth Client Services Manager who will lead a team of client service representatives to deliver exceptional, proactive service to valued client relationships. The successful candidate will supervise a client services team focused on working with clients in the Wealth Management division.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 12 to 20 client service team representatives responsible for delivering exceptional, proactive service to valued client relationships
Build an intentional, purposive relationship with financial advisors, consistently requesting feedback on client service teammates and overall service levels
Assist client service team representatives and financial advisors with complex issues and projects including client related assignments, projects, and inquiries
Sets expectations for client service team representatives to monitor metrics and service standards
Contributes to initiatives supporting and advancing the overall client experience
Inspire, mentor, and foster growth with client service representatives to achieve professional development
Shares ideas and awareness regarding client matters with peers and colleagues to contribute to company initiatives and to maintain a focus of continuous improvement
Encourage collaboration with colleagues within and outside of the client service department to cultivate a spirit of teamwork and partnership
Manage team goals and objectives
Performs other duties and special projects as required; may travel 25%

Required

Minimum 5-7 years' experience working in client service in the investment advisory, brokerage, or financial services industry
Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent leadership experience

Preferred

4+ years management experience preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to ideas that support growth
Excellent working knowledge of investment industry
Experience working with administration of individual investment accounts
Prioritization skills: ability to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
Extremely organized; keeps accurate and detailed records
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to design spreadsheets using formulas, linking cells, and graphing functions
Excellent math skills and the ability to grasp financial/investment concepts
Analytical thinker and problem-solver
