As a Geotechnical Engineer I, you will gain hands-on field experience in geotechnical engineering, assisting in the design and investigation of earthen structures and roadways while supporting project planning and cost estimation.

Responsibilities
Assist in the investigation and design of earthen structures and roadways
Collect and help interpret data through research, file reviews, field observations and measurements, field testing, and other methods
Assist in preparing detailed plans, technical specifications, and reports
Perform computations and process data using computer software or other established methods
Observe and document field activities and prepare construction documentation reports
Assist in preparing cost estimates for design implementation
Perform site inspections under the supervision of senior engineers
Demonstrate strong technical writing and communication skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution, focusing on Geotechnical coursework
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Must have a valid Driver's License
Preferred
CAD experience is a plus
Strong calculation skills are preferred
The ability to interpret work plans
