Responsibilities
Prepare construction documentation and detailed civil design drawings
Develop site plans, grading (soil) plans, paving plans, roads, and stormwater systems
Assist with civil design from schematic design through construction documentation
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants
Support land development projects across commercial, industrial, and semiconductor facilities
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
Manage multiple tasks while meeting project deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
1+ year of civil engineering experience (internship experience accepted)
Land development experience or strong exposure to site civil design
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or actively in the process of obtaining EIT (required path toward P.E.)
Familiarity with civil drawings including: Site plans, Grading plans, Paving plans, Stormwater drainage
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
2 + years of professional civil engineering experience
Experience with semiconductor, industrial, or high-tech facilities
Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience coordinating with municipalities and reviewing agencies
