Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for RF MIC modules and subsystems

Perform engineering calculations, stress analysis, and tolerance modeling to ensure mechanical robustness

Collaborate with electrical, process, and manufacturing teams for seamless integration

Create detailed documentation, BOMs, and routings in ERP/PDM systems

Lead product testing, develop test methods, and prepare validation reports

Evaluate design alternatives based on cost, quality, and production feasibility

Use SolidWorks CAD software for design and modeling

Support continuous improvement and design best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 15+ years of related experience

Proficiency in SolidWorks and strong CAD design skills

Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

Preferred

Experience with FEA modeling and mechanical stress analysis

Knowledge of materials such as aluminum, molybdenum, Kovar, and ceramics
