Responsibilities
Manage a high volume case load with adequate communication with each client
Communicate with the VA as necessary
Review VA Claims files, identify and record relevant information crucial to VA claims
Represent claimants at VA appeals
Properly delegating work and responsibilities between a team of case staff
Qualification
Required
Law degree from a fully accredited law school
An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
Minimum 2+ years of VA experience
Ability to manage high volume of cases
Excellent client service and communication skills
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
