Responsibilities
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and variances to deliver actionable, decision-ready insights
Build, maintain, and improve financial models supporting forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
Prepare and present executive-level reporting, dashboards, and financial narratives for senior leaders
Identify risks and opportunities tied to revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency
Partner closely with department leaders to align financial plans with business objectives
Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning
Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate business decisions and market conditions
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and accountability across forecasts and financial outputs
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to support growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience working in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related role
advanced technical skills in financial modeling and data analysis
strong experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Oracle Smart View, or Tableau
ability to translate data into clear, concise insights for non-financial stakeholders
excellent communicator – written and verbal
highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
thrive in a high-volume, performance-driven business environment
earned a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
