Responsibilities

Manage various scopes of subcontractor work
Provide direct in field supervision of production crews
Schedule crews
Documentation of work performed
Schedule material deliveries and manage material, equipment and personnel
Submit field reports, track time on task, track onsite material inventory and deliveries with Superintendent
Accurately records and tracks time and quantities completed daily

Required

Four-year degree in construction, engineering or related field or equivalent construction experience
Proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience reading blueprints/plans
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking ability
Experience with large excavation equipment including dozers, track hoes, tractors, scrapers etc
Self-motivated with the ability to working productively without constant supervision
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple operations
Ability to lead self-perform crew
Understanding and working knowledge of the Vaughn safety plan
Able to contribute to daily and weekly safety meetings and audits
Basic knowledge of means and methods of construction scopes
Ability to plan scopes of work 2-3 weeks out
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
Ability to maintain flexibility and work with frequent interruptions and multiple changing priorities
Lift 50 pounds
Move 100 pounds
Work under exposure to inclement weather conditions
Climb scaffolds
Climb ladders
Walk projects to supervise work being installed
Drive vehicles for company business
Ability to walk several flights of stairs on high rise buildings
