Responsibilities
Project Design for Site Development
Grading and Drainage Plans
Utility Systems for Water and Sewer
Report Preparation and Master Planning Studies, preparation of specifications and cost estimates
Project Management Assistance: Budgeting, Schedules, Client Care, Invoicing
Design Team collaboration, and support
Roadway/Streets final design package - Plan, Profile, Cross Sections
Roadway Design: Streetscape, Green Streets, Bicycle Path Plans
Knowledge of Federal, State, City and County Standards
Report Preparation and Conceptual Studies
Preparation of Specifications and Quantity Takeoffs/Cost Estimates
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in site development, design of residential and/or commercial subdivisions, utility systems, roadways, and public works
B.S in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET Accredited Curriculum or equivalent required
AutoCAD and Civil 3D mastery required
Preferred
Professional Engineering license in the State of Oregon or California is highly preferred
