Represent clients in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to, all aspects of oral and written discovery, and active motion and trial practice in both state and federal court
Drafting pleadings
Drafting and responding to written discovery
Conducting depositions
Client communications
Preparing case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action
Qualification
Required
Licensed in Illinois
Two or more years of experience in civil litigation
Strong communication skills
Solid analytical and writing skills
Ability to work well on a team
Experience in representing clients in all aspects of litigation
Experience in oral and written discovery
Experience in active motion and trial practice in both state and federal court
Preferred
Experience in drafting pleadings
Experience in drafting and responding to written discovery
Experience in conducting depositions
Experience in client communications
Experience in preparing case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action
