Responsibilities
Identifying and attracting qualified technical candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and internal databases
Conducting technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define role specifications, and develop recruitment strategies
Negotiating job offers and working with candidates to finalize the hiring process
Supporting new hires through the onboarding process and working to ensure their successful integration into the company
Tracking key metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement
Providing insights into the current talent market and emerging trends to inform recruitment strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong technical background: A solid understanding of the technologies and skills required for the roles they are recruiting for
Experience in recruitment: Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring technical candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
Organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines
Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other recruitment tools
