Responsibilities

Work with QA to define and implement qual plans. Lead qualification efforts for fab site transfer and new products

Collaborate with project managers to establish project plans for successful execution

Minimize the cost of project execution by looking for opportunities to reduce cycle time and optimize workflows

Monitor qualification lots, resolve issues during qualification, and develop mitigation plans where needed

Monitor and report product performance and qualification activities, including data review and statistical analysis, to clearly communicate and interpret results to both technical and non-technical colleagues

Generate specifications for qualified devices per MIL-PRF-19500 andMIL-PRF-38535

Develop a strong working knowledge of product configuration /structure and manufacturing processes. Play a key role in problem solving and root cause analysis

Participate as the Subject Matter Expert in product performance, as a key member of cross-functional teams
