Responsibilities

Respond to incoming calls, texts, and chats for crisis services with a blend of compassion and expertise
Use your keen insight to assess and guide crisis interventions, utilizing our risk assessment tool to ensure safety and effective resolutions
Share valuable mental health education and community resources, helping individuals navigate their path to recovery
Collaborate in training, meetings, and clinical oversight, enhancing your skills and knowledge while contributing to a supportive environment
Ensure all interactions are documented accurately in our EHR, maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency
Stay on top of the latest practices in healthcare, behavioral health, and crisis interventions, sharing your knowledge and engaging with clients meaningfully

Required

High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of full-time behavioral health work experience
Associate Degree in a behavioral health field, plus 2 years of full-time behavioral health work experience
Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health field, plus 1 year of full-time behavioral health work experience
Master's Degree in a behavioral health or substance use field, plus behavioral health work experience preferred
Behavioral health professionals and contact call center experience preferred
Strong decision-making skills and can navigate high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor
Clear and compelling verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pivot seamlessly to new processes and challenges
Ability to thrive in collaborative settings and foster a cohesive team spirit
Solid understanding and enthusiasm for crisis intervention, behavioral health, and wellness concepts and strategies, and an understanding of local resources
Must live in Colorado
Full-Time Commitment: This is a 40-hour-per-week position
Must maintain a stable and secure private home internet with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 5Mbps upload

Preferred

Behavioral health professionals and contact call center experience preferred
Master's Degree in a behavioral health or substance use field, plus behavioral health work experience preferred
