Qualification
Required
Master's or Bachelor's Degree required, in Education or in another field with Education-related courses
Management experience required
Must complete Montessori Certification within the first year of employment
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate and maintain working relationships with all levels of staff
Ability to multitask in a school setting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Computer literacy in Office Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based applications, and proficient in the use of office equipment
Preferred
Procare, Paylocity, Monday.com experience a plus
