Responsibilities
Lead and manage AI and data strategy projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives
Design and implement data governance frameworks, operating models, and AI governance policies that prioritize ethical innovation
Conduct data maturity assessments and capability evaluations to inform measurable progress
Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to assess pain points and define strategic initiatives
Evaluate and enhance existing data processes, tools, and governance frameworks to drive continuous excellence
Develop AI risk assessments and compliance strategies that reinforce ethical AI adoption
Act as a key client partner, building long-term relationships grounded in trust and shared success
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, representing Paradigm at industry events and in publications with insight and credibility
Identify opportunities for new business and participate in proposal development that aligns with client needs and impact potential
Provide strategic recommendations to clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business value
Mentor junior team members, supporting talent development, and contribute to a culture of growth, collaboration, and leadership at all levels
Manage and enhance Paradigm’s Data & AI Strategy & Advisory offerings by refining methodologies and frameworks to reflect evolving client priorities
Design and deliver training programs on data strategy and AI governance that embed ethics and shared learning
Qualification
Required
8-11+ years of experience in data strategy, AI governance, or data management
Strong understanding of data management frameworks (DAMA DMBOK, DCAM) and AI governance principles
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing client engagements
Experience in data maturity assessments, target-state design, and policy formulation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Preferred
Consulting experience at a top-tier consultancy or equivalent internal role
Background in Financial Services, Consumer Products or retail, with knowledge of industry challenges
Hands-on experience with data management tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra), AI/ML/analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks), and hyperscalers (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
Familiarity with AI governance tools/platforms (e.g., Holistic AI)
