Responsibilities

Management of environmental compliance assessments, remediation projects, environmental assessments, report preparation, feasibility studies, task management, and subcontractor oversight

Understanding of chemicals of concern in environmental remediation

Review and prepare proposals and statement of qualifications

Work to cross-sell TRC services and increase business from existing accounts

Creates and executes project work plans and staffing plans

Manages project risk by understanding and following risk management procedures

Proficient implementation of TRC’s Health & Safety Program and Quality Management Plan

Required

15 to 25 years of experience with an environmental consulting/engineering firm that has project experience in environmental compliance, environmental investigations, remediation, due diligence, and other environmental matters

Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental sciences, geology, engineering, or related field of study from an accredited university

Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated success in project management and client management

Working knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, NPDES, CERCLA, etc.) and state regulatory agencies (NMED, NMOCD, CDPHE)

Ability to interface well with and develop a positive relationship with our clients and employees

Strong communication skills, both written and oral

40-hour HAZWOPER health and safety training certificate
