Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and Accounting teams on the development and negotiation of various commercial contracts (sales, procurement, channel, OEM, support, services, marketing, logistics and more)

Provide legal advice on potential risks related to commercial transactions and offer creative, practical solutions to meet business goals

Advise on legal and strategic business matters to foster long-term relationships with key partners, supporting commercial aspects of Supermicro’s products and programs

Assist in developing form agreements, establishing best practices, and leading training initiatives to drive continuous improvement in legal processes

Contribute to the development of scalable processes to support the rapid growth of the business

Stay updated on applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards that impact commercial agreements and guide the business accordingly

Support the company's efforts in maintaining regulatory and compliance standards across various business functions

As a valuable member of the Legal team, contribute to other legal projects and tasks that arise across the organization, expanding your scope of impact
