Responsibilities

Communicate with contractors, vendors, and clients to support commissioning activities
Review design documents, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs
Conduct site visits and prepare observation reports
Develop and execute test scripts (Level 2–5), including FPT and IST
Witness onsite testing and manage commissioning issue resolution
Safely work around live electrical systems, including AC/DC power and fire alarms

Qualification

Professional Engineering LicenseBuilding Commissioning CertificationOSHA 10-hour certificationNFPA 70E certificationBuilding Automation SystemsAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsHands-on experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of MEP construction, commissioning, or project management experience
OSHA 10-hour certification
NFPA 70E certification
Strong engineering knowledge in the built environment, with experience in hyperscale data center design and construction
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in reading construction drawings and understanding equipment sequences of operations
Hands-on experience with equipment startup, commissioning, and functional testing
Familiarity with MV Gear, Generators, UPS, STS, PDUs, and LOTO requirements
Ability to bend and lift 30 lbs
Ability to climb stairs/ladders

Preferred

Professional Engineering License and Building Commissioning Certification
OSHA 30-hour certification
Field experience and knowledge of Building Automation Systems
