Developing skills and best practices to be a successful financial advisor
Qualification
Required
Obtain necessary licenses including Resident state Life, Health and Annuity, Securities Industry Essentials, Series 6/63 or 7/66 (7/63 and 65) within eight to 13 weeks
Participate in a comprehensive training program lasting up to eight weeks after licensing
Self-disciplined, independent, and driven to succeed
Motivated by helping others and seeing them achieve their goals
A natural coach or guide with strong interpersonal skills
Passionate about living a life of generosity by serving others, not just selling products
Preferred
Experience in outside sales, business management, education, ministry, hospitality, military or other relevant fields
