Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering projects for the growing Service Sustaining Engineering team

Enable product life extension through obsolescence engineering and feature development

Grow system refurbishment and upgrades offerings in support of service revenue goals

Support service efficiency and margin targets

Support cost reduction efforts through CIP engineering, parts repair strategies, and 2nd sourcing of suppliers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with business objectives

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Manage offshore engineering resources effectively
