Company 3 is a creative services company providing a full range of services for content creators. They are seeking a Flame Artist who will work closely with the Flame Supervisor and VFX Producer to achieve high creative and technical standards in their work.

Responsibilities

In this position the Flame Artist, Sr. will be working with offline edits, prepping initial conforms as needed
They will be organizing media for archiving and liaising with data services to ensure the space is managed efficiently on the Flames
Adhering to tight deadlines and other constraints to meet production times
QC and Mastering

Qualification

Required

Dependable team player with a great attitude
Flexible with fast turnarounds
Extensive knowledge of working with timelines, conforming and mastering deliverables
Strong sense of compositing, color, design, and thorough knowledge of the film industry
Knowledge of file formats and compression methods
Expert knowledge of cleanup, beauty work, element integration, and matte painting
Comfortable in a client attended bay, developing creative and building rapport
Extensive knowledge of extraction techniques of bluescreen and greenscreen
Comprehensive knowledge of both VFX and finishing in Flame
Excellent understanding of techniques and technologies related to CG and compositing
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Deliver work within established project targets and the high-quality standards of the company
Pro-active and an excellent communicator
Ability to thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines

Preferred

Nuke experience is an asset
Knowledge of Tracking software
