Responsibilities

Train as a Maintenance Technician 4 within HII-Mission Technologies

Reporting to a designated HII Supervisor

Learning the maintenance actions and duties required of our Maintenance Technicians in support of the Aircraft Carrier Repair, Maintenance and the required maintainer responsibilities

Be assigned special projects as needed

Further develop skills needed to be presented with a problem, trouble shoot, provide recommendation or path forward to offer a solution, complete reports specific to Maintain equipment and support pier side repair work

Develop a good understanding of the Ships Systems and continuous maintaining to include: Utilize Formal Work Procedures, schedules and complete maintenance actions

Troubleshooting and diagnosing shipboard systems

Documenting conditions found and completing condition reports

Be available during business hours of the contract supported for meetings and training
