Seeking a skilled project manager to support high-priority work across our teammate engagement and location strategy efforts for the next 6 months
This contractor will help drive project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and timely delivery
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Able to coordinate and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and skilled at preparing updates, materials, and facilitating meetings
Hands-on experience designing, launching, or operationalizing initiatives related to employee engagement, office footprint, hybrid work, and space utilization
Qualification
Required
Experience in workplace strategy, employee programs, or organizational change is required
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Able to coordinate and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and skilled at preparing updates, materials, and facilitating meetings
Bachelor Degree: Required
Preferred
Hands-on experience designing, launching, or operationalizing initiatives related to employee engagement, office footprint, hybrid work, and space utilization
