Senior Private Equity Accountant
Atlantic Group has partnered with a top private equity firm in Boston seeking a talented Senior Finance Associate to join their team. The role involves preparing and managing financial reports, coordinating audits, conducting valuations, and overseeing cash management activities.

Responsibilities
Prepare and manage quarterly US GAAP-based financial reports
Coordinate and support annual US GAAP audits
Conduct valuations and ensure accuracy
Manage capital calls and distributions processes
Oversee cash management activities
Assist with investor relations initiatives
Document and analyze investment transactions comprehensively
Perform carry calculations with precision
Take on various ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record, preferred major in accounting, finance, or a related field
2–4 years of accounting experience
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with external parties and internal stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build efficient templates from scratch (macros experience not required)
