Responsibilities

Own the rollout, enhancement, and evolution of our Korber WMS across new and existing sites
Direct a team of talented IT professionals through complex system integrations and continuous improvement initiatives
Build a repeatable, customer-centric WMS deployment framework that’s customizable, efficient, and future-ready
Manage configuration, integration, testing, and support from blueprint to go-live
Partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions that drive performance
Build a high-performing, motivated team aligned with innovation, quality, and results

Qualification

Korber WMSIT leadershipCross-functional team leadershipSQLIntegration middlewareCommunicationStrategic mindsetMentoring

Required

7+ years of IT leadership
5+ years leading cross-functional teams
3+ years hands-on with WMS (Korber experience = 🔥)
SQL savvy
infrastructure-aware
fluent in integration (Boomi experience a plus)
Strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Able to decode technical concepts for execs
Able to turn stakeholder pain points into innovation opportunities

Preferred

Korber WMS expertise (that's the golden ticket 🎫)
Experience with YMS, LMS, Dock Scheduling, or Boomi integration middleware
Consulting background with hands-on WMS implementations
