Lead the design and management of stormwater infrastructure, floodplain modeling, and dam safety permitting projects

Oversee construction inspections and administration, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance

Manage hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using tools such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HY-8, and Flowmaster

Mentor junior engineers, supervise team members, and foster professional development
