Responsibilities

Actively lead projects for ODOT and local agencies, has existing relationships and interest in developing relationships with ODOT and local agencies
Lead quality review processes and has knowledge of local and state standards and preferences
Lead the design and monitor task performance indicators such as budget, schedule, and risk
Maintain quality control of the work product
Mentor junior level staff and collaborate with Operation Leaders, Project Managers, and Professional Engineers across the firm
Support proposal development and client relationship management with local and state agencies

Required

Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil or transportation engineering program
PE registration in the State of Ohio, or ability to be registered with reciprocity
5+ years of related roadway design and project management experience
Experience leading design tasks or serving as roadway design lead
Proficient in MS Office
Great communication and team leadership skills
Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools

Preferred

Knowledge of ODOT design standards is a plus
Prior proposal development and client relationship management experience is desirable
Relationships with ODOT or local agencies a plus
Experience with Bentley OpenRoads/Civil 3D a plus
