Pediatric Psychologist - Integrated Pain & Wellness - NCH-DE
Nemours Children’s Hospital – Delaware is seeking an experienced, evidence-based psychologist to join their Integrated Pain and Wellness team. The role involves providing clinical services to the pediatric pain population, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and engaging in teaching, training, and research initiatives.

Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical services within the pediatric pain population
Work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, specialty nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and massage therapists in the Integrated Pain and Wellness Program
Collaborate with medical teams and attend multidisciplinary meetings
Precept Psychology learners including externs, psychology residents (interns), and/or postdoctoral fellows
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, program development, and other efforts to ensure the sustainability of their service
Engage in research opportunities in collaboration with the Nemours Center for Healthcare Delivery Science
Teach and present relevant topics to colleagues, trainees, medical staff, and patients
Provide staff support and education around family-centered care and psychosocial issues
Consult with medical providers and maintain close collaboration with members of multidisciplinary medical teams
Qualification
Required
Doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or school psychology from an APA-accredited doctoral program
Internship training from an APA-accredited program in clinical child or pediatric psychology
Post-doctoral fellowship training in clinical child or pediatric psychology
Applicants with all levels of post-licensure experience will be considered, with a preference for candidates with a well-rounded experience in pediatric psychology, and specific expertise in pediatric pain
License-eligible in the state of Delaware by the start of the position
Preferred
Bilingual English-Spanish skills are highly valued
