Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers to design primarily airfield electrical and lighting systems, navigational aid systems, and apron lighting in support of our nation-wide aviation airport clients
Manage detail libraries and drafting standards
Coordinate closely with all members of our electrical team as well as our multi-discipline project team members
Design and draft power distribution and lighting systems for buildings and infrastructure projects
Assemble and draft high-quality construction drawings in a team environment
Qualification
Required
Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited program and seven years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience designing and drafting power distribution and lighting systems for buildings and infrastructure projects
Experience assembling and drafting high-quality construction drawings in a team environment
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive in investigating and developing solutions and spreading knowledge with team
Preferred
Proficiency in Revit
Experience with aviation electrical projects
Experience with FAA Advisory Circulars and the National Electrical Code (NEC)
