Responsibilities
Defend employers in workplace safety-related enforcement actions by Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, and other state OSHA agencies
Handle a mix of labor & employment litigation and OSHA matters
Conduct legal research, draft motions, and handle discovery
Take and defend depositions
Represent clients in administrative proceedings and court hearings
Qualification
Required
4+ years of employment litigation experience
Experience with OSHA-related matters required
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple complex matters
