Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for company office
Daily reconciliation of cash in order to coordinate third party and internal funds transfers for large client
Set up auto debits/payments to streamline and automate third party billing
Automate critical payments to avoid penalties and fees
Responsible for collections and setting up payment arrangements
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for 30 Partnerships/S-Corps/Sole Proprietorships
Monthly adjusting Journal Entry posting for payroll, assets, etc
Review Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss for accuracy
Manage and maintain Chart of Accounts
Process Payroll
Prepare individual tax returns
Create work papers for S-Corp and Partnership return preparation
Research and respond to client Tax Notices
Qualification
Required
