Responsibilities
Experience with Chapter 11 business bankruptcies, creditors’ rights litigation, assignments for the benefit of creditors, representing fiduciaries, as well as complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation (including avoidance actions)
Ability to handle court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations, and negotiations
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to successfully work on multiple projects with lawyers in different offices simultaneously and autonomously, with keen attention to detail
Qualification
Required
2-3 Years' Experience
Admitted To The Florida Bar
Experience with Chapter 11 business bankruptcies
Experience with creditors' rights litigation
Experience with assignments for the benefit of creditors
Experience representing fiduciaries
Experience with complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation (including avoidance actions)
Ability to handle court appearances
Ability to handle motions
Ability to handle depositions
Ability to handle mediations
Ability to handle negotiations
Strong writing skills
Strong research skills
