Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service
Manage and renew existing commercial insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products to enhance client portfolios
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions
Utilize AMS 360 or similar agency management systems to manage client information, track renewals, and process claims efficiently
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in account management, particularly in the commercial insurance space
A valid Property and Casualty license is required, with the flexibility to accommodate licenses from different states
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in client relationship management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations
Preferred
Strong proficiency in using AMS 360 or similar agency management systems is highly desirable
Ideally, 5-7 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry
