Nationwide Children’s is creating the future of pediatric health care. They are seeking a Neuro CNIM Technologist who will perform electroneurodiagnostic procedures, monitor patients' neurological status, and communicate with the surgical team.

Responsibilities

Monitors patient's neurological status using specialized equipment
Records and analyzes data obtained to ensure the integrity of the nervous system
Communicates with the surgical team to provide real-time feedback on the patient's neurological status
Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and performs routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning
Maintains accurate records of procedures and patient information
Follows established safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff

Electroneurodiagnostic proceduresEEGEPCPR certificationNeurophysiologic Intraoperative MonitoringComputer operationsHealth Sciences degreeAmerican Board certificationData analysisPatient communicationRecord maintenance

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Registered by the American Board of Registered Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists or a technician eligible for registration
CPR certification
Two years of experience in EEG and EP
Effective computer operations and technology skills

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or related field
Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring
