They are seeking a results-oriented Senior Project Manager with experience in construction and project management to manage large projects and ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage a singular large project and/or multiple project teams throughout the Southern Nevada area
Ensure optimal communication among the CORE Team, subcontractors, client, and design professionals
Review all contract documents, drawings, and specifications
Manage submittals, procurement, schedule control, and project cost control
Assist the preconstruction department with schedules, logistics, constructability reviews, subcontractor bidding, and contract proposal documents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or similar
Relevant Work Experience in Construction Project Management
Experience with a variety of delivery methods: General Contracting, CMAR and Design-Build
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Detailed understanding of construction project sequencing and scheduling
Advanced understanding of drawings and specifications as well as constructability
Ability to negotiate, write and execute all subcontract agreements
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proficient in Project Management Software and Document Control Software
Proficient in Microsoft Project Scheduling Software
Preferred
Experience in Public CMAR & Design Build Projects
