Responsibilities
Partner with Renewal by Andersen on residential window and door installation projects
Provide high-quality installation services for windows and doors
Ensure smooth communication and job completion with dedicated project managers
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of residential window and door installation experience
Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills
Must have an LLC/EIN, S-Corp, C-Corp, or Partnership
Carry full insurance~ liability, auto, and workers' compensation
Must have EPA/Lead Certification
Provide your own enclosed trailer or truck, equipped to transport windows, plus a metal brake and tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 90 lbs. unassisted
Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication
Positive, professional attitude when working with homeowners
